Granny Choe says, "This is the perfect recipe if you're going to a party and you want to bring something new, but you don't have time for something complicated and also you're not very good at cooking (because there isn't actually any cooking involved here)."

Ingredients:

2 large tomatoes, diced

1 small purple onion, diced fine

3/4 cup Granny Choe's original / cabbage kimchi, chopped

1/3 cup cilantro, chopped fine

1 tsp lemon juice

Salt to taste
Directions:
1) Gently toss ingredients together in a medium bowl. Serve with chips and let the compliments come rolling in.
